Here is an overview of what we provide to the Sellers side of the transaction process

Services we offer: Listing Side

  • Fill out all required documents to get the listing in the MLS

  • Contact all parties and introduce our role as the transaction coordinator for the transaction

  • Review all offers, counter offers, disclosures, PICRA and amendments to ensure they are fully and properly executed

  • Supply all executed documents to all parties involved

  • Track and maintain all information and documents in an online transaction management service, providing full transparency at any point during the transaction

  • Order any required HOA documents

  • Ensure all contingencies are removed within the required timeframes

  • Maintain constant communication with all parties and bring attention to any outstanding required documents

Listing Optional Services Provided

  • Schedule appointments i.e.: PICRA repairs, Termite and Moisture inspection ect....

Listing Agent Responsibilities

  • Provide us with all necessary information needed to write the listing, all closing attorney information, negotiate sale price and PICRA repairs with clients and buyers agent
