Fill out all required documents to get the listing in the MLS
Contact all parties and introduce our role as the transaction coordinator for the transaction
Review all offers, counter offers, disclosures, PICRA and amendments to ensure they are fully and properly executed
Supply all executed documents to all parties involved
Track and maintain all information and documents in an online transaction management service, providing full transparency at any point during the transaction
Order any required HOA documents
Ensure all contingencies are removed within the required timeframes
Maintain constant communication with all parties and bring attention to any outstanding required documents
Listing Optional Services Provided
Schedule appointments i.e.: PICRA repairs, Termite and Moisture inspection ect....
Listing Agent Responsibilities
Provide us with all necessary information needed to write the listing, all closing attorney information, negotiate sale price and PICRA repairs with clients and buyers agent
