Services we offer: Buyers Side

  • Review purchase agreement, counteroffers, PICRA's and all addendums

  • Obtain the required signatures and initials on all forms

  • Ensure all forms are fully executed with dates, initials and signatures

  • Prepare and execute all disclosures, including state-specific and broker-specific forms

  • Maintain constant communication with all parties involved for updates to ensure nothing is left outstanding to ensure a smooth and timely closing.

  • If needed, order a Home Warranty and provide information to the closing attorney

  • Track and maintain all information and documents in an online transaction management service, providing full transparency at any point during the process

Buyers Optional Services Provided

  • Schedule appointments i.e.: Home Inspection, Termite and Moisture, Final Walkthrough, closing time, etc...

  • Please provide all required information, we will write the initial offer and get all required signatures and initials ready to turn in to the listing agent

Buyers Agent Responsibilities

  • Provide us will all the necessary information needed for the transaction and do all of the negotiating between your clients and sellers. We will handle everything else.
